Mac Mini M4, Sequoia 15.1.1, 1Password 8.10.54. I use Touch ID to unlock my computer. In 1Password:Settings:Security the "Touch ID" checkbox is grayed out and doesn't allow selection.
What am I missing?

1Password Version: 8.10.54
Extension Version: 8.10.55.2
OS Version: macOS 15.1.1
Browser: Chrome

Hello @dawncoyote! 👋

I'm sorry that you're unable to turn on Touch ID unlock for 1Password on your Mac. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:

Please send the entire file.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

support ticket ID is YFA-12197-989
I had an issue sending the report. The iCloud mail server wouldn't send it as the file is about 120 MB, and they have a 25MB limit. Took me a few minutes to sort that out.

Got another message from BitBot:
support ticket ID is IGA-62217-629
I suspect the diagnostic actually got sent twice.

Shout out to Trevor in support.

I reset the 1Password app and all is good.
