Update 8.1.38 from 7.8.2024 ... Some strange Things

I'm sorry that you're running into a few different issues after updating 1Password to the latest version. Regarding the Settings Reset message, please see the explanation that I posted here: https://1password.community/discussion/comment/715748/#Comment_715748

If you move the mouse over your picture in the password search, this strange icon appears ?

Thanks for reporting the issue. It looks like the tooltip that should be rendered there isn't rendering properly. Our developers are aware of the issue and are investigating. Hopefully a fix is released in a future update soon.
