Hello @lucas! 👋

Thank you for reaching out! As long as your login items have a website address saved, 1Password will automatically fetch and display a high-quality rich icon for that item. Make sure that rich icon support is turned on in the 1Password app:

If you still don't see any icons then do your items have a website address saved in the website field? Your login items should look like this when you edit them:

Can you also tell me where you imported your items from and how you imported them? I look forward to hearing from you.

Confirmed - rich icon is turned on
Confirmed - Website URL is in valid format
Yes - when I edit the URL, just by going into "edit" then clicking into the url, and pressing the spacebar, the icon quickly changes to the expected value.

I previously had a 1password 7 - 7.9.11 using a vault stored on dropbox.
when I installed version 8, it just found the vault from the previous install, and asked for my password, and then began the migration.  Once it was done, I ran into the icons issue.

I also have the same issue... I just migrated from 7.9.11 macOS, to version 8 on Sequoia 15.3.2 .  The installer migrated them and no icons showed up for my library.

I have toggled "show app and website icons" on and off, no luck.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, No luck.

However, if i go edit the website, and go to the url, and press the space bar.... the icon immediately appears.  But I'm like the OP, I can't do this for every single password on the list.

Can you recommend a fix to "touch" the website url so it refreshes?

@ruby

I'm sorry that you're not seeing icons for items. Can you clarify where the icons aren't showing up? In the 1Password app itself? Or in the browser?

Are you able to post a screenshot of what it looks like when the icon doesn't show up? Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.

@ruby

Thank you for those details. Try turning "Show app and website icons" off and then back on. If that still doesn't work then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
