Updating Passwords on Separate Web and Android logins

I have a number of sites that have two separate login items: one for Windows browser, and one for Android phone app. I have found that if I update passwords to both (same password) on 1Password for Windows, on Android the password for the Android is not updated sometimes. I have to copy the new password from the Windows item (which DID update on the phone) to the Android item, which is really what you need on the phone! Any suggestions?

I also have many login items that work both for web and for Android- there is a Link to Android icon, and only one login item is needed. Am I missing something?
