I'm sorry that you're running into an issue with 1Password. I see that you opened a support ticket about an hour ago and our support team will send you a reply as soon as possible. If you have a business account you can also reach our support team on the phone using these steps: 

1. Sign in to your account at 1Password.com
2. Click your name in the top right, then choose “Manage account".

You will see the phone number under your Secret Key on this page. Since a support ticket is open, I'll close this community thread.
