username and email quick copy in universal autofill

Question

I have a few entries that I have to use username OR username + @email.com

These suggestions would help improve the workflow of handling entries like this.

Simplest solution to more customization

pin a field to be viewable in universal autofill. I can choose any additional field to be available in the universal autofill to be copied with a keyboard shortcut
in combo with the above pinning. You have an option to join fields like field references. KeePass database have this. 
 Example entry:
  Username: thisismyusername
   Email: {USERNAME}@email.com
   and when you copy the email field it returns "mailto:thisismyusername@email.com"
bind a field to autofill situation. 
 Example: 
 In a particular app like iTerm2 suggest username
 In a website blah.something.com suggest @email.com

I can definitely see how both suggestions, pinning certain fields to Quick Access and the ability to join fields together, would be useful and I've filed feature request on your behalf.
