I am getting this error when trying to autofill a password suggestion when trying to make a new account on a web page.

"[username] is offline

You won't be able to use a generated password until you are signed in and online."

I have never seen this before and nothing I do seems to fix it. This is beyond unacceptable and fundamentally breaks the extension.

Hello @willashley23! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing a message that 1Password in the browser is offline. Can you confirm that you do have internet access and everything else is working aside from the extension itself?

If your internet connection is working fine then please try these steps:

Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of your account.
Sign back into your account.
Go back to General, and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".

If that doesn't work then please let me know.
