Using eero Plus 1Password Families benefit with an existing Individual account

Hi,

I’ve been a 1Password customer for well over 10 years and have always had an Individual account.

I now have eero Plus, which includes a 1Password Families subscription. I deliberately let my existing paid 1Password subscription expire so that I could move it over to the eero benefit.

However, when I try to link my existing account, I’m told that it can’t be linked because it’s an Individual account rather than a Families account.

The only way I can see to convert my Individual account to Families is to take out a new paid Families subscription. But if I do that, I understand I’d then have to wait for that subscription to expire before I could link the eero benefit — which puts me back where I started.

Is there a way for 1Password to convert my existing, now-expired Individual account to a Families account without starting a new paid subscription, so that I can then link the Families entitlement included with eero Plus?

I obviously want to keep my existing account and all of my data rather than create a new 1Password account just to use the eero benefit.

Thanks!

Thanks to support, who added a trial period to my account. Long enough for me to select/change to family account and activate my erro subscription. thanks
