Using Passkeys on Windows

Question

I have created some Passkeys (GitHub, Google) in 1password, but when I try to login now on Windows I no longer get any 1Password prompt. Instead, I get a Windows prompt asking whether I want to use a Security Key or my phone. This problem seems to exist across multiple computers synced with 1password.

Is there some known issue here? Any troubleshooting steps for resolving?

I'm sorry about the issue you encountered when using passkeys on your Windows device. I have a few questions to understand the behaviour:

What steps did you take when saving the passkey in 1Password?
Can you check for any pending updates to your browser and 1Password?
Does this problem occur with different browsers other than Chrome?
Can you register a test passkey at https://webauthn.io/ with the 1Password extension? If you can save the passkey, does the 1Password passkey prompt appear after refreshing the page?
