v.8.5 macOS Beta - Buggy sidebar style

Good day,

after updating to version 8.5 my sidebar is a little bit buggy.
It lost the blurry transparent effect and is solid. In addition to that, the switch between light and dark don't work. The sidebar remains in the previous state.

Just following up on this, the fix for this has gone out in beta #80500034. If after updating, you're still running into issues with the sidebar translucency, let me know!

The window looks considerably better with the translucent sidebar so I'm glad this was able to get resolved!
