V8 installation requires MacOS 12 for the installer. Trying to upgrade from V7

I tried to install 1Password on an iMac but the Mac can only run Catalina at best (10.15.7).

1Password is said to run on this MacOS but the installer package required MacOS 12 as a minimum.

????Really????

I can not upgrade the MacOS, it will not support newer versions of MacOS.

All I wanted to do was export the database to .csv format but V8 (1Password) is the minimum version that will allow this....unless someone knows a work around!

Hello @Kymbo59! 👋

Thank you for reaching out! 1Password 8 requires macOS Monterey 12 or later and isn't supported on macOS 10.15.7. You can find our system requirements page here

macOS 10.15.7 hasn't been updated by Apple since July 2022 and is missing several critical security updates. In general, we recommend staying up to date with the latest version of macOS so that you remain protected against security vulnerabilities that could put you at risk.

You can export your data to a CSV file using 1Password 7: How to export your data from the 1Password desktop app - 1Password 7
