Vault Issue
The system keeps saving new logins to the wrong Vault. I have the correct one in Preferences. Also I find it almost imposible to get to the Vault that the password is saved in.
We have a Shared vault named Shared - Family plan. Both my wife and I have found actual new logins are saved in a Vault named "Private".
