W11 - 1PW quit unexpectedly message at every windows startup

Question

I am getting a 1PW window popup at every bootup since the last windows update that states

One Passowrd quit exexpectadly, with three options

Send report
Ignore
Send later

Not exactly in that order. ADMIN before you respond I have already sent the diagnostic report in. This is not the first time users get this error. How do I fix this?

I am on 1PW - 8.12.2

That "1Password quit unexpectedly" message at startup can have a few different causes, so the diagnostics report will help us narrow it down. If you received a support ID number after sending in the report, could you post it here so we can connect the dots?

In the meantime, it's important to note that this error doesn't necessarily mean 1Password is crashing on every startup. If a crash report hasn't yet been successfully sent, the app will retry each time Windows starts. As such, making sure your device is connected to the internet and then clicking Report on the 1Password quit unexpectedly message can help to reduce how often you see it.
