Watchtower showing different information on iPhone than on iPad

Question

On my iPhone Watchtower shows 3 vulnerable passwords.
When I check them manually, they are NOT in the database as I changed them. On iPad, they are not shown though. Also my Score differs on both devices.

Besides, I couldn‘t save my credentials as I registered here on this site.
Encountered it now the third time, that 1Password couldn‘t save credentials on iPad.

Get back to me if you need more Information. As I am a software tester, I know that there is something wrong with the App, not the device. 😉
