What should I do with an invalid item in the vault?

When I opened an item with a file, it said, that it couldn't sync the document and it also doesn't allow me to open the file in the item. Even after I replaced the file with another one. Also I can't remove it, even duplicate. What should I do?

I’ve searched in the forum and it seems I’m not the only one with such an issue. I can just add, that that item was previously deleted and now it appeared in that new offline section

Hey there @photonlight

If you're absolutely sure that you don't need that item, you can sign out of 1Password on your Mac and sign back in, which will discard it.
