What to expect with 1Password While Traveling?

Question

What can I expect when I use 1Password with iOS and IPadOS outside of the U.S. as a traveler changing locations?

Apparently 1Password offers two processes or methods: Travel Vault and Not Travel Vault.

What is the process for using 1Password for non-travel vault entries (which I assume are stored on the local iOS and iPADOS devices)? Can I access these passwords while I'm offline, for example trying to log into wifi on a plane?
What happens if you remove entries in your "Travel Vault" from local devices, and then want to log into them via a website?

(My questions arise from the obscure and confusing Lastpass procedures I encountered while traveling with Lastpass.)

Hello @ConnieDee! 👋Thanks for the questions! If you have the 1Password app installed on your iPad then you'll have access to your passwords even if you don't have internet access.
