When doing a search - seeing Notes rather than userId

When I use the search bar (iOS, windows app) the initial list that pops up under the search bar (before I select an item returned by search) it shows the Title for the item and then the notes field rather than the username. If I scroll through items such as all logins, it shows the Title and then the associated username. Why does the Search function display Notes?
This happens regardless of device type. I can confirm it does this for more than just Logins as my items for rewards programs and drivers licenses also do this (so I assume it is a universal issue across different record types so long as there is something in the notes field)
In my example pic my username field is my email address. This shows a temp comment I put in the notes field.
