Question

When I open Safari on my iMac, why is there no padlock symbol on the 1Pass icon in the toolbar?

I've just noticed the padlock symbol that used to always be on the 1Pass symbol on the toolbar is no longer there before I attempt to unlock it. Is this a problem or just normal now? When I click on the icon, it does ask me to open 1Pass with my fingerprint  so maybe it's working properly. When I lock 1Pass, the symbol does appear. But, the very next time I open Safari, the lock symbol is missing. Is this just the way it works now, or is this a problem?

Hello @1P_Dave,

Hey, Dave. Happy New Year. This problem still exists, and opening 1Pass through the browser extension on my iMac is iffy at best. It's just not consistent, and the padlock symbol is generally not there. Just how much of a problem is this really? It's just not functioning right.
