Where is the "Make Payment" button?

1Password asked me to update my form of payment. I did that. Then 1Password asked me to make a payment to renew my subscription. I clicked the "make a payment" link in the notification but on the landing page there is no button/link to make a payment.  Can 1Password just run the transaction again? How do I initiate that? Support doesn’t monitor chat and Paddy is worthless.
