Why do I have to constantly authenticate my iOS app with 2FA code?

I got a new phone and ever since then, I have to enter the 2FA code from Authy every few days, otherwise the app is "offline" and nothing gets synced.

It's extremely frustrating, why is it not authenticating me once and then keeping my account in sync?

It says it can't create a diagnostic report because I have to "set up an email app" even though I have both the Gmail and Outlook apps on my phone, and Gmail is setup as the Default email app through the iOS settings.

Hi @richeldecos,

Sending a diagnostic report does require using Apple's Mail app on iOS. Could you try setting up your email account in the Mail app then try generating a report?
