Why dont you have a Random password generator

Question

In some cases i need to generate  app password only. but there is no selection in 1password loaded on my system to do this. Also so we can save the App password? i am using the Windows 10 version.

Thank you for the question! You can generate a random password using the 1Password for Windows desktop app by following these steps:

Open and unlock 1Password for Windows.
Click New Item (or click on an existing item and then click Edit).
Click in the password field and then click Create a New Password.
For "Type" make sure that "Random Password" is selected.
Choose your options and then click Use.
Save the item
