why restart?

I received this warning in my browser--"Get help when you see a message in your browser that 1Password needed to restart."--then it also said I needed the Browser Extender--I use 1PW every day all day--why does this come up?

1Password Version: 8.10.9
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Macos 13.4.1 (c)
Browser: safari

Can you let me know if you are frequently clearing your browser history?

You can find some more information on the message you are seeing here: If you see "The 1Password browser extension needed to restart".

Thanks--this helps explain--I do clear cookies and history every 2-3 weeks--this explains it--
