Thank you for the feedback! I can see how a category for estate planning information of the sort that you mentioned would be useful and I've filed a feature request on your behalf. 

For the time being, using a Secure Note would be the best option. Secure Notes are very customization and you can add whatever custom fields you need: Customize your 1Password items
