Windows 10 computer error about not syncing with iCloud

I have a Windows 10 computer and the latest 1 PW for the desktop and iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPad. Everything has been working great until today. Now I get a message on my Windows computer stating that "Some Changes could not be synced with your other devices". There is a long list of non-synced info. What do I need to do to fix this ?

Also, the little iCloud icon at the top of my 1 PW page is red with a line thru it.
