Work passwords vs personal passwords

I've used my 1Password account to store my personal passwords, but I also have a few passwords I use at the place I work. Is there any way to keep these passwords seperate? My work passwords are pretty weak, and I have no authority to change the passwords. I don't want these weak, duplicated passwords to affect my Watchtower score. Thanks.

Do not store secrets owned by your employer in your personal systems or using your personal resources.

Since it seems unlikely that you would ask the question if your employer provided a suitable tool for securely storing and retrieving secrets, and given that you know something about the subject, you might offer them some guidance on the various good options available. If they are not receptive, then ask how you are expected to safely retrieve these secrets.
