YubiKey 5c NFC not working for 2FA with Mac Desktop Application?

Hi there - I recently enabled 2FA on my 1pass account. I'm able to successfully log in with the security keys on all devices EXCEPT my mac desktop application. I get a prompt to use my security key, but it never progresses regardless of what I do. I've tried both keys to no avail. Super frustrating, any suggestions?
