Zen browser + Windows

I found this thread, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why this would be locked before anything was even explained. "You got help via email, locking this so nobody can find out what help was given and if it solved anything. Good luck nerds."

https://1password.community/discussion/147821/there-is-a-way-to-use-zen-browser-with-1password-desktop-app

Is there a trick to making this work? Was the email just saying this doesn't work right now? Maybe in the future?

Hello @alexm1p! 👋

Thank you for reaching out. If there's already an existing conversation with someone over email then we usually close the forum thread so that efforts aren't duplicated by having the same conversation in two places at once. This allows our team to help more customers but I'll pass along your feedback about general advice being added to closed threads to the team internally.

Zen browser + Windows

Zen browser isn't a supported browser for 1Password which means that integration between the 1Password desktop app and the browser extension won't work. For the moment, if you'd like to have 1Password in your browser share a lock state with the desktop app so that it can use features like Windows Hello, you can switch to one of our supported browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Brave, or Microsoft Edge.

Since we have an existing thread for this topic here, I'll close this one as a duplicate.
