Email, Microsoft Teams, and Slack templates

Use these templates to announce and support your 1Password Enterprise Password Manager deployment. They give 1Password owners and administrators ready-to-edit messages to:

• Introduce 1Password (with or without SSO).
• Move team members who already use 1Password to Unlock with SSO.
• Switch from another password manager.
• Announce post-deployment training.
• Remind team members to sign up.

Fill in the highlighted sections with your organization’s dates, identity provider, support contacts, and links. Then share the messages by email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or another internal channel, and link to the relevant onboarding resources on your intranet or internal portal.
