The SCIM URL is whatever you setup. You need to create a DNS Entry that points to the IP of the SCIM Bridge.

Hi @Omarisa, before connecting to your identity provider, you must https://support.1password.com/scim/. These 1Password https://github.com/1Password/scim-examples may help you get an idea of what's involved to accomplish this. At that point, as jcochran pointed out, you will need to create a DNS entry pointed to the IP of the SCIM bridge. Once you have the SCIM bridge URL, you can provide that to Azure AD, as well as the bearer token generated on setup. Please let us know if you have any issues and we'd love to help!
