1Password quits/crashes after unlocking for SSH Agent

Not exactly sure since when, but recently I see 1Password consequently quit or crash after unlocking for a SSH Agent login. This is what happens:

1. 1Password SSH Agent is running
2. 1Password is locked
3. I do a ssh somehost in iTerm2
4. The unlock prompt appears to unlock 1Password
5. 1Password unlocks
6. The SSH session to the host succeeds
7. 1Password quits or crashed (e.g., the app isn't running anymore)

Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot this issue would be helpful :)
