[48] Publish on the Winget repository

Hey @nikanorov , thank you for trying out our beta!
We really appreciate you taking the time to provide your suggestion.
We're currently working to release the CLI in a bunch of packaging formats.
Although winget is not going to be amongst those first released, we are going to look into delivering in this format too, eventually. Is having the CLI in the winget repo a priority for you, at the moment, when it comes to your workflow?
Thank you once again for trying out our CLI. We're looking forward to hearing more of your suggestions.

Nice to have, not a priority. BTW, community could add it to the repo in case of some regular packaging format, like msi exe, etc. https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/tree/master/manifests/a/AgileBits/1Password is already available via winget.
