Any plans for creating a kubectl (.kube/config) CLI plugin?

Question

I'm using some of the great plugins like aws, argocd, gh, etc. and was hoping for an official plugin that extracts my ~/.kube/config cert/key data and stores in 1P, but I didn't see anything in the op plugin list or in docs. I know about github.com/chrisns/kubectl-passman. Any info on if there's a kubectl plugin coming for op?
