Question

Azure container app provisioning not working

It used to work on 2.9.6 version. But it broke aswell after a couple of months.
I read somewhere that the version needs to be up-to-date to have the provisioning work.

Now after upgrading to 2.9.9 the SCIM bridge site is all green but no information is being brought in to 1password. I tried to search for a fix but I just cant figure out what the problem is.

Hi @marjinna ,

According to our helpful internal team they recommended "Restart Provisioning" button at the top of the screen in Entra. Here is a screenshot -

Let me know if this clears up the trouble and if you have further questions please reach out at any time!

Hey @1P_Phil

Thanks for the reply. However the solution you gave doesn't help my situation.
The provisioning application is running on Azure Container Apps and I have restarted the provisioning application there.

Restarting hasn't started the provisioning. Thing that sticks out to me from the logs is:
"StartProvisionWatcher","time":"2025-02-24T07:57:04Z","message":"waiting for bearer token to begin start provision user watcher"} and
"ConfirmationWatcher","time":"2025-02-24T07:57:04Z","message":"waiting for bearer token to begin confirmation user watcher"}

Do I need to input the bearer token somewhere on Azure? or 1password site?

There is also this:
"LetsEncrypt not available on port :3002. Unless you are using a custom load balancer, ensure OP_TLS_DOMAIN is set in your configuration. Refer to the documentation for more information."}

I saw a post about LetsEncrypt aswell but not sure if this is relevant to the issue.

@1P_Phil

You were on the right track. I had to go to the "Manage" part to insert my bearer token.
After that running the provisioning worked.

Thanks for the help.
