[Bug] Creating environments claiming app offiline

When attempting to create an environment on a completely up to date and synced (I checked, regular items are being synced into it) 1Password app on windows, this error is coming up. Restarting app, restarting PC both tried, both didnt fix.

Hey ​@jasparm could you confirm if you are still seeing this? Our team was unable to reproduce. If you are still seeing it, could you share what version of the app you are running? You can find it it in: 1Password → Settings → About

Hi sid,

It’s very on and off. I am on a corporate network with full packet sniffing, so that may have contributed to the issue, and I was doing a bulk upload of roughly 40 environments. I am doing some more and am now unable to reproduce the issue but will update this thread if I can.

Version: 1Password for Windows 8.12.32 (81232026)
