BUG: Why the 1Password CLI does not filter whitespaces at the end?
Dear all,
using 1Password CLI on macOS I was wondering why
op item get "Item Test"
Can not be found and the error is like:
[ERROR] 2023/02/27 23:57:09 "Item Test" isn't an item. Specify the item with its UUID, name, or domain.
I figured out that
op item get "Item Test "
is working.
By design whitespace(s) at the end should be cut or allowed in the CLI
I consider it a bug, because you allow the user to create an item with the name " " or " " or what ever how many white spaces.
BUT its not possible to read that items:
op item get " "
[ERROR] 2023/02/28 00:04:11 You must specify the item with theor argument or as piped input.
