Bugs using "Employee" as vault name

It seems that the change to "Employee" as the name of the personal vault in team accounts has some bugs. Not sure if this is related to previous accounts or only ones that existed before the switch. I dont remember when the switch occurred, but our account is not that old.

The 1pass app UI shows "Employee" and secret references show "op://Employee/id/field"

but using "Employee" as the vault name does not, both in terms of
op item get id --vault Employee and op read op://Employee/id/field`

Swapping "Employee" for "Private" does work in both cases.
