Can't Signin : socket is not connected

I can't access to my ressources from royalapps, I have the error below :

[ERROR] 2023/07/14 20:16:24 failed to request.DoUnencrypted: Get *: write tcp *:60598->:443: write: socket is not connected

I tried a signout / signin from the CLI the error stay... I use CLI 2.19.0

An idea ?

It's seem is the VPN is blocked the CLI but the VPN is used only for my work ressources not for internet ressources.
