Cannot op signin, error "failed to request.DoUnencrypted: Post i/o timeout"

Good grief this is cumbersome, as I cannot seem to do 'op signin' from interactive bash shell.

Trying to get secrets from 1password using a bash script, which also isn't going to happen, as all of op is instructed to be used in a subshell. :| In any case, this is just about signin problem.

Been hours of error:

$ eval $(op signin)
[ERROR] 2024/05/06 11:25:03 failed to request.DoUnencrypted: Post "https://subdomain.domain.com/api/v3/auth/start%22: dial tcp: lookup domain.1password.com on NN.NN.NN.NN:PP read udp NN.NN.NN.NN:PP->NN.NN.NN.NN:PP: i/o timeout

Any ideas?

Looks like this is resolved. Didn't really find any reason for this.

Hey @bashfailboat, I'm really sorry you ran into trouble using the CLI! I'm glad to hear that the issue resolved itself, however if you do see this crop up again, reach out to us at integrations@1password.com and we can take a closer look together. 🙂
