CLI Login Prompt Blank

Question

Greetings,

So after installing 1Password then enabling "Integrate with 1Password CLI" also installing the CLI on a fresh built Windows 11 VM.

Can confirm the version using op --version 2.30.

After executing op vault list or op sign in, the login prompt that follows is blank and doesn't allow me to put in creds.

Any ideas?
