CLI share item error: You aren't authorized to access this resource.

I'm trying to share an item via cli for automation using a service account. I don't know if it needs more access or how to do that, if so. I can create and item, but then I get an error when I try to share it.

example: op item share billybob--vault='TestVault' --emails mailto:myemail@someplace.com --expiry 1h
