Command-line tool v1.11.1

Today is the day that we release ARM64 builds of the command-line tool! If you're running FreeBSD, Linux, OpenBSD, or macOS (on your shiny, new M1 Mac), install the latest build and let us know how you like it!

We also have clarified an error message when signing in with the wrong sign-in address. We previously had assumed that your Secret Key had changed, when it could have been a few different factors. Hopefully there will be less confusion now. Additionally, we have a few other small fixes.

This continues the v1.11.0 release, which introduced support for https://support.1password.com/events-reporting/. Try it out with op create integration events-api.
