Command-line tool v1.12.3: --format csv supports date and monthYear fields

Hello folks. We have a small bugfix today, based on a bug report from a few of you. Retrieving items using --format csv will no longer error when asking for date or monthYear fields.

We hope this makes it easier to pull out your credit cards, passports, and other items into a .CSV file when needed.
