DigitalOcean - Too many authentication failures

Can't seem to get DigitalOcean connected. Tried both Ed25519 and RSA. I also cleared out all entries in known_hosts.


% ssh root@{server-ip}
Received disconnect from {server-ip} port 22:2: Too many authentication failures
Disconnected from {server-ip} port 22


Anyone else have any luck?
