Feature request: allow to set shorthand alias for accounts linked to app

"op account add" allows to set a shorthand alias for an account using the --shorthand flag.

However if I signin-in OP with the app I don't see a way to set the shorthand. So far I must choose between using a shorthand or using the app integration. I can't use both.

It would be useful to add a command to "op account" that would allow to set the shorthand for an existing account.
