[Feature request] Development container support

https://containers.dev are a new approach to setting up a developer environment that involves running all of the tooling inside of Docker.

Unfortunately as of now, 1Password's CLI does not work inside of the dev container and there is no official guide for setting it up. Sure, you can install the op tool, but authorization-wise 1Password treats it as a separate computer.

Features like 1Password Connect and Service Account don't fulfill this need, because the development container runs on a developer's own machine, and the authorization needs to happen using the developer's own account.

It would be nice if you came up with an official integration. For example, https://code.visualstudio.com/remote/advancedcontainers/sharing-git-credentials is possible, so I hope for 1Password it is possible as well.
