How can I delete or suspend invited users?

I have two users that were invited but never joined. They no longer need an account but are still listed as invited under People. How do I get them deleted or suspended? I've stopped syncing them from Azure SCIM bridge already but they won't go away.

Hi @kurtd,

You can manually delete these users by turning off your automated user provisioning. Below are the steps:

  1. Navigate to the automated user provisioning integrations page and toggle-off the integration.
  2. Locate and select that specific user in the https://start.1password.com/people page.
  3. Click on More Actions followed by Delete.
  4. Navigate to the automated user provisioning integrations page and toggle-on the integration.
