How to use 1Password secrets as environment variables in Conda envs?

I have different environments managed by Conda. I want to expose secrets stored in 1password as environmental variables when activating one specific condo environment.

Conda activate works only on terminal, but not from within a bash script. That means I can not use the suggest command:

op run --env-file='var.env' -- conda activate my_env_name
