Is there a mock connect server?

Hi,

I am looking to integrate with 1password using the connect and sync servers and waiting for the platform guys to set this up. I will programmatically be retrieving secrets stored in a vault for use in the application.
In the mean time I am looking to use a mock connect server to start developing against while I wait. I do not want to connect to a real vault.

What is the best way to complete this integration without accessing a real vault?
