OP 2.4.1 in powershell hangs with account add on other ps app.

Hi there, I seem to be having issues with connecting to 1p with op from powershell.
I have been running a powershell window from my mobaxterm session which seems to work, but when i switch to Windows Powershell ISE and try to add account it hangs.

Any tips here?
