Persistent Absence of Encrypted Vault Export

I am writing to bring to your attention a critical feature that has been missing for numerous versions, yet remains essential for user security and data sovereignty: the native encrypted export of the vault.

It is astonishing that a company which markets and champions password and sensitive data security leaves users in a precarious position. Currently, data export occurs without native encryption, forcing users to manage the encryption themselves (for example, by placing the export into an external container). This essentially shifts the burden of securing a fundamental data operation onto the user, which is illogical and contradicts 1Password's core mission.

This feature is technically straightforward to implement and has been requested by the community for years. Despite repeated assurances from the development team and staff that this functionality is on the roadmap, it still has not been delivered.

I consider this omission serious and unacceptable. It is urgent that 1Password honors its security commitment by integrating native encrypted vault export.
